Description

PROtouch is a very efficient and affordable terminal for the capture of area production data.

The operator can at each workplace either per keyboard (visualised on the screen) or a barcode scanner input the required information, for eg.:

• Order /Job data
• Personal number
• Quantities
• Stoppages
• Reject quantities,
• etc.

The terminal is connected to the company network via a 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet card.

Communication is carried out over TCP/IP. The operating system is Windows CE.

All of the terminals transfer the collected data to the server in freely definable intervals. The terminal will save its data locally should the server not be available. The terminal will automatically transfer all its data once the server is again available.
