PROcomm - data capture

Our data capture is universally deployable. Especially in the machine data collection, regardless of what type or manufacturer of machinery you use, PROcomm will always be easily able to capture its data. Signals are recorded via a user friendly and highly attractive (in price) terminal fitted to the production machine. For this purpose we use digital inputs. Subsequently the data will be sent to the PROefficient visualisation software PROview and onto the analysis software PROwork .

Adjacent to hand recordings, stoppages can also be recorded. These can be, either via a terminal keyboard or with the aid of a barcode scanner, entered into the system. MDC systems are able to capture the reasons for a stoppage automatically and thus reduce the necessity for human involvement to a minimum and the production process will not be interfered with.

PROcomm captures the following data:

• Job, lot and material data
• Personal times
• Equipment running times
• Interference and breakdown times
• Rigging, cleaning and production times
• Total pieces / number of cycles, target quantity / actual quantity / rejects
• Cycle time / target cycle / actual cycle
