Production ticket

With 10 or 20 stoppage reasons

The Kienzle 2450 and 2480 terminals use a ticket to aid the analysis of the production data.

The ticket serves as an original document for the hours worked as the production data is written during the work.

On shift or job end the accumulated production data is written as a footnote on the ticket and then printed as a protocol.

Ethernet converter

for KIENZLE 24xx terminals via ethernet

We place our focus on the flexible usage of existing hardware. To this end we have developed an Ethernet converter that allows the communication between the Kienzle 24xx terminals via the existing Ethernet network and our production data capture software PROefficient .

The advantages of the converter lie in the clearly simple installation. There is no need to alter the terminals in anyway whatsoever.

It is very simple to feed our production data capture software PROefficient (ADC/MDC) with data captured by the Kienzle terminals via this converter.

Interface-2490-1/2

Reliable interface for up to 32 terminals

The new interface 2490 fulfils all the requirements for reliable data communication between terminals of the 24xx series and the pc unit in the area and/or machine data collection. Through its high reliability and outstanding cost/efficiency is this interface a modern alternative to some of the older variations still on the market.

As with all products made by BDE Engineering Ltd, the emphasis by the development lay in the simple usage in the installation and handling of the interface. Up to 32 terminals can be run through the combination of 2 data links in one interface. Even the smaller interface can handle up to 16 terminals.

TTY-Junction box

For simple BDE networks

For the ease of servicing BDE networks, clamp blocks for input/output cables and for a terminal.

A selector allows the switching off of a terminal without interrupting the data transfer of other terminals.

The circuit board is bedded in a plastic housing approx. 100 x 100 x 60 mm. The protection category is IP 65. There are 3 grommets for data lines.
