The machine terminal 2480 can either be as stand alone or as an online terminal deployed. It can assist in the following areas of business:Weak spot analysis, Production planning and controlling, Technical system control, Quality control, Maintenance, Accountancy and calculation.

It posses a flexible application, that is controlled via parameters and is easy to use. Job, tool, material, operational data, personal identification and up to 20 reasons for machine stoppage can be captured via menu and or barcode scanner.

The complete workflow is shown in understandable form on the production ticket. For the data capture the accumulated time and quantities by shift, day and week protocols can be printed out by the integrated printer.
